This eight-week sequence takes you beyond ‘what you do’ to discover who you are, when you thrive, and where to focus attention in this season of your leadership by identifying and defining key aspects of your nature, disposition, communication style, and aptitudes.

Weekly one-hour video sessions over the course of eight weeks combine elements of executive coaching, strategic advising, personal mentoring, and spiritual direction. The conversational nature of the sessions are informed by multiple assessments taken over the course of the eight weeks, and deepened by weekly post-session exercises and reflections delivered to your inbox.

Along with a library of weekly exercises and insights, you’ll receive a personalized Field Guide document at the conclusion of the sequence, which will summarize your assessment results, combine them with our discoveries through conversation and inquiry during the sessions, and convert them into actionable recommendations and ongoing reflections for your personal and professional journey.
After completing this pathway, you will have gained language and understanding of your inner aptitudes and architecture—as well as your unique stressors and blind spots—that increases self-awareness and fosters clarity and cadences that are effective and sustainable.

Through either a full-team engagement with our eight-week Awareness Pathway for each member, or a customized sequence to identify and align your team’s strengths, we’ll work with you to understand your group’s obstacles and seize opportunities in this season of the venture.
